The Starting Point

This untouched 1930s Upper East Side apartment had not been updated in decades. The homeowners sought a dramatic departure from the outdated layout and finishes, envisioning a completely modern, refined residence. We stripped the space down to its bones and reimagined it from the ground up as a bright, elegant, and fully functional city home.

Our Vision

This project was a full transformation — not a restoration. The goal was to create a modern, open environment with a clean architectural language, serene palette, and seamless flow. Every room was carefully designed to support contemporary living, with comfort, utility, and timeless style at the forefront.

Design In Action

The apartment now features a sleek kitchen with integrated cabinetry and a minimalist layout that allows natural light to flood the space. All 3.5 bathrooms were fully renovated with luxurious materials and custom detailing, bringing both beauty and practicality to daily routines. Each of the three bedrooms was thoughtfully furnished, along with a comfortable family room and a formal dining room, resulting in a cohesive and elevated design throughout.

New lighting was installed across the home, including striking chandeliers that lend a sense of sophistication and warmth. To complete the experience, the home was outfitted with smart technology — offering effortless control of lighting, climate, and other essentials for modern city living.
